Self-care Sunday: Gratitude

Take a moment for yourself today, just yourself.  Put some soft background or meditative music in the background if that helps to focus your attention. Today, find a quiet place and for the next 10 minutes, close your eyes, take 7 deep breaths in and out.  Allow the exhale to be longer than the inhale. Now, reflect back. Set your focus on all the things, people and experiences you are thankful for.  Relish those moments. Deeply feel these moments in your heart. That’s all you need to do.
