Detoxifying Foot Masks: A natural clay foot mask may clean and soften the feet. Proponents of this method claim that bentonite or other types of drawing clay gently pull toxins and heavy metals from the feet. The clay’s strong negative charge bonds to the positive charge of toxins and heavy metals and will actually absorb the bad stuff and then release its beneficial minerals to support the body.

Reflexology-based Techniques: Using special massage techniques on specific points of the feet can encourage relaxation, pain relief, and even help support the organs to detoxify.
